The Xilxes Beach house is a small little hoe with Mezzanine bedrooms and open living room space.

The garden area has been designed with particular care. In addition the bespoke swimming pool in tuquoise tones is almost as large as the house.

The architectural style is at the cross between Ibizanco and minimalist.

The painted Appearing wooden beams are combined with a subtle lime coating outside and ecoclay finsihing for the inside surfaces
